USER GUIDE FOR METAL LABEL ENGRAVING SERVICE

If you wish to use the service, please select “Option - Engraving Service” and then enter the desired text (within 24 words including Korean, English, numeric values, symbols and special characters) in the additional information field of the order form at the time of payment.

The staff in charge will contact you within 12 hours from your application to deliver the information, and we will do our best to serve you.

* When using the engraving service, it will be made-to-order service so the exchange or refund is not available. You cannot change the content after the payment.
* It takes about 3-5 days for delivery after you have completed the order. Delivery schedule can be changed depending on the order volume.
* The text is engraved on the bottom of the metal label (size 75*90 mm) on the front of the wooden case..

• Wooden case label : Korean, English, cursive phrases / numbers / symbols and special characters within 24 words
• Korean typeface : Mingcho
• English typeface : A font similar to MAISON DE AMALRIC
• Cursive: The typeface used by the MAISON DE AMALRIC brand. 
• Engraving size: Free as long as the message does not go beyond the engraving range

It is a service provided for an unforgettable proposal or anniversary.

Give a meaningful gift engraved with a message or anniversary date on a double-labeled perfume.

It is a service that adds a label on the opposite side of a perfume bottle.

You can engrave any messages on a brass label. Please send us a design file if there is a special design that you prefer, and we will engrave the message on it.

*When using the double label engraving service, exchanges or refunds are not possible because it is a made-to-order product, and modifications cannot be made after the payment.

*It takes about 3-5 days for delivery after you have completed the order. Delivery schedule can be changed depending on the order volume.

*Double label content is engraved on the brass label (size 45*75 mm) on the back of the perfume bottle.

It may take three to five more days if you request a double-label service. It is not eligible for cancellation, exchange, and refund if the messages are already engraved.

The service is a free service for grooms- and brides-to-be or families celebrating a special day. Please send us documents like wedding hall contracts, wedding invitations, or reservation documents to celebrate the anniversary.

PERFUME OBJET RESTORATION SERVICE

USER GUIDE FOR PERFUME OBJET RESTORATION SERVICE

It is a restoration service provided to help you preserve your perfume objet with time and space engraved.

It is one-time service that is provided for customers with a personal guarantee card upon the purchase of perfume. It is a service that restores your perfume bottle, brass cap, label, wood case and its label when they are damaged, and sends them back to you.

*If you use the restoration service, we receive the image or the product first to check if it is within the scope of restoration.

*Restoration process takes about 7 to 14 days depending on the product condition, and the schedule may change depending on the workload.

*If restoration service cannot be done, we will send you a new product. (This applies to the wood case and its label only.)
